Career
counselling is needed by most executives at some stage of their working
lives, but it has only recently become widely accepted as normal to take
a personal audit or use a professional advisor for guidance through the
process and to provide objective, knowledgeable input.
We work one-to-one with directors and executives. We can also facilitate career change precipitated by organisational change (‘downsizing’ etc). In particular for those leaving
an organisation unwillingly, the effect can be extremely dislocating.
Suddenly there is no structure to life, no business plan to follow, no
daily routine. This is new territory for most people, so we have
no route map. It can take time to build a new routine through, possibly,
