Born and raised on Scotland's West Coast; MA in Politics and Economic History from University of Glasgow; followed by Diploma in Management studies. 17 years' highly successful experience as a Management Consultant in Human Resources, particularly Executive Search and Selection across most industry sectors in Scotland; Extensive experience based in the Far East (eight years in Hong Kong) and four years in London, so an international perspective;  Motivated by a high level of client service and an ethical attitude; Past Chairman of the Institute of Management Consultants in Scotland; and  Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultancy (renamed from above organisation); Certified Management Consultant internationally;  A member of the Institute of Directors and speaks at other organisations? conferences and seminars on effective recruitment from a commitment to professionalism and good practice.  Committed to continuous learning and currently completing an MBA through the Open University. Speaks conversational French and some German.

We work in an associate relationship with independent Consultants, who each have specific skills, experience and interests.   We form a wide informal network of primarily former colleagues from leading international consultancies such as Deloitte Haskins & Sells, BDO Consulting and KPMG.   Our knowledge of a broad range of businesses, industries and consultancy techniques is first class.  We operate to the high professional standards expected of these leading international consultancy and accountancy firms.
